We are so very excited to welcome the wonderfully talented Michelle Apiar of Haute So Sweet to our Brooklyn Betrothed team! Guests this summer’s Lemons and Lace party fell in love with her delicious cake pops and so did we. Michelle is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute and former protégé of famed cake innovator Colette Peters. She has been making custom cakes professionally since 2007.
